Our office represents employers and employees in employment matters including disputes and litigation regarding employment agreements, non-compete agreements, executive compensation disputes, wage and hour disputes, New York State Department of Labor proceedings, and compliance with independent contractor classification.  Our office has particular expertise in administrative proceedings regarding classification of workers as employees versus independent contractors and can advise both employers and employees regarding their responsibilities and rights in this complex area.
